RTX/HD packs rendering issues after update

After yesterday's update (2-7-23) to 1.19.60 rendering issues with certain blocks appeared. I am using my Kingdoms of Wallace RTX pack with none of these issues prior. For example: the mer of the torch renders on top of the gravel texture, the kelp normal renders over the side deepslate texture, grass no has a short line rendering on one edge of top texture.
