Player can still fly through blocks using flying mode and sneaking

Summary:
Player can still fly through blocks using flying mode and sneaking.
A possible solution could be to prevent the player from using "sneak" in the air as it works in Java.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Get under the block in flight mode.
2. Press Shift and Space at the same time.
3. Release the Shift.

Observed results:
The player hit a block above him.

Expected results:
The player will not hit blocks above them when using sneak.
