When shooting a crossbow at a block (when aiming over any block), the crossbow remains visually charged and locked in inventory. It cannot be moved in inventory. After a second attempt to shoot, the crossbow twitches and discharges.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Сharge the crossbow (with fireworks or arrows).
2. Aim at any block.
3. Take a shot.
4. Try moving crossbow in your inventory.
5. Shoot again.

Observed results:
The crossbow is seen charged after the first shot and is locked in the inventory.

Expected results:
The crossbow will shoot correctly when aiming at blocks.
