When opening custom ui in-game always on scrollbar

Since the release of version 1.19.60 there is this problem that causes the player to always be on the scrollbar when opening a custom ui on servers. It is not mentioned on the changelog so I think it's a bug + it is really annoying because you normally open an ui and start on the element that is on top of the others. This also makes pvp a bit slower and also affects your gameplay by a lot.
How to reproduce: 1) Join any server that has custom uis
2) open any custom ui that has a scrollbar
3) the scrollbar will be always selected first
