Bedrock version 1.19.60 not available on Windows Microsoft Store

I cannot get Minecraft version 1.19.60 on the Microsoft store on Windows 11. I have tried uninstalling and re downloading only to get 1.19.51 again. This makes it unable to play multiplayer with friends on console who have version 1.19.60.
