[MCPE-166760] Nintendo Switch: Freezes every 10 seconds or so after 1.19.60 update.

since the update the game keeps freezing every few seconds as i move around. the screen will freeze for a second or less then continue, less than 10 seconds later it will do so again and continues as long as i am playing the game
