[MCPE-166752] Windows: Bedrock version 1.19.60 is not yet available to update from 1.19.51

Update 3 a.m. GMT: the update should be available now.

We are aware that the 1.19.60 update has not yet appeared in the Windows Store. With most updates there is some difference in time between when each platform store makes the download available. This is not normally an issue for the bug tracker, but we will leave this report open as a point of reference until the update becomes available. Thank you for your patience.

I cant get my minecraft to the newest version 1.19.60. im am stuck in 1.19.51.

I already updated minecraft in the microsoft-Store and already deleted Minecraft from my PC and re-downloaded Minecraft but it still isnt the newest version (1.19.60)
