Content from Market Place not downloading

A purchase I made via the Minecraft Market Place is stuck on the download screen "Step 1 of 2 Downloading Content"

I have tried restarting the application and switching the Nintendo Switch device on and off. 

This was for the "More Allays" DLC from the Marketplace.
