Minecraft encrypted resource pack files.

1. I created my resource pack in "development_resource_packs" folder.
2. Then I needed to reinstall minecraft and moved the resource pack files to another folder.
3.  As a result, I can't interact with my files, they are encrypted
4. (on 3.png i disable "Encrypt contents to secure data " )
