The block don't drop anything

Dear Minecraft Anti-Bug Center,

 I am writing to report a bug in the Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Android. While playing in survival mode, I switched to creative mode through the chat command /gamemode creative. After returning to survival mode through the chat command /gamemode survival, I noticed that blocks were not dropping their items when broken. For example, breaking a wood block does not give me the expected wooden planks.

 Please let me know if there is any additional information I can provide to help resolve this issue.
