2nd Birthday Skin Pack isn't appearing in my Dressing Room.

The 2nd Birthday Skin Pack doesn't appear in my dressing room and I want to use a skin from there.1st one appears perfectly normal but 2nd one doesn't show up at all. but if I login on every other platform like Mobile I can use it. I just want to use it on PS4.
