Rain and snow are still visible above the clouds

When you are above the clouds, the rain is still visible. So the raindrops appear out of nowhere. If u stand underneath the clouds, it looks like the rain is coming out of them, but when you are above them, tehre is no source the rain can come from, but it still is visual. The same is for snow. I dont know if its a bug but it seems like one
