Cosmetic no longer existing

 

in character creator, the eyebrows eye style (as shown) does not exist in the tab, new characters I create cannot be given the style. If this was intentional, could it be brought back? for an update about expressing yourself, it kind of takes it away from that considering I have long thick eyebrows...
