Unable to Report Bugs from Nintendo Switch Interface

Hello, I was trying to report a separate bug where my horse disappeared (which I will submit after this one) on my Switch and the interface for bug reporting doesn't function. I clicked the link to submit a bug, and just brought up the screen attached. (also wouldn't let me screen-shot it, so apologies for the photo quality).
