Crouching and then swimming makes player constantly descend

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Hold Crouch while being underwater;
2. Start swimming.

Observed Results:
Although the player is swimming, they're constantly sinking, and the legs move a little inside the body, as the game is trying to layer the crouching animation on top of the swimming one.

Expected Results:
The player swims normally, without clipping or sinking.

Notes Once the player is swimming, the crouch button doesn't need to be held for the bug to be active.
