Issue : Touch Control make elytra flying up to the sky when wearing elytra
Expected Results : Touch Control should not make elytra flying up to the sky when wearing it

Reproduce issues :

• Enable touch control
  -Use elytra the tap on the flying control
  -Reproduce issues
