Worlds won't upload to the cloud

Both me and my brother have an issue where our worlds won't upload to the cloud, making the game nearly unplayable. It will take five-ten minutes to open on devices that normally take ten to ninety seconds to load, and the game loads up a much older, pre-1.18 version of our worlds. We can reload the current version after restarting the game, but it is a fair bit glitchy, and we have to restart every time we want to reopen a world
