Cannot join with PS5 Player anymore

Used to be able to do multiplayer with my friend on PS5 but now can no longer join their world and they can't join mine.

It will "load" for about a minute and then say it couldn't connect.

Tried all different methods to get it working such as signing out of each account, unfriending ans refriending each other but it still won't work.
