Can't remove an old addon from world

I recently downloaded a newer version of an addon. 

I already had an older version of my addon In that world. 

When I downloaded it, the old addon was still there. 

I tried to deactivate the addon and delete it, then download the newer version. It still didn't work, and it's stuck on an old version.
