Acacia does not grow on rooted dirt or moss

Acacia saplings do not grow on rooted dirt or moss blocks. All other saplings grow on these two blocks, including mangrove.

 

Steps to reproduce: 

1) Place block of either moss or rooted dirt in an open area

2) Place sapling on top

3) Bonemeal the sapling.

 

Expected result: Tree will grow. 

Actual result: Tree will grow for all saplings except Acacia.
