Can't use custom skins or open marketplace

I've tried uninstalling everything then reinstalling, restarted the computer, logged out of my account then back in, checked the internet and everything but nothing has fixed it

I've noticed that when I log out of my account that's when I can use skins again but when I log back in its back to the same

I either get a playfab error or "invalid session"

I've seen other posts like this but its still not resolved
