Player hands doesn't move after clicking on attack action button in new touch controls

In new touch control crossair mode,
Player hands use to move after clicking on attack Action button before 1.19.50.24
In newer versions player hand doesn't move after clicking on attack action button. It only moves if there's a block and mob
