Getting lag in a server. Got told it’s only bedrock players getting lag

When I join a server called Complex Gaming. It’s takes me to the hub and I select Skyblocks sever which then teleports me to the server. When the game starts loading. It starts to do this lag thing when I start to try and move. I’ll provide a video to explain it more for you. 
it’s ain’t my connection.

 

I did contact the support team and they said Java isn’t having any issues with the lag and it’s only bedrock plays having this issue. 

anything you guys can do?
