marketplace 2023 gifts

the bug I'm experiencing is in bedrock when I enter the marketplace and go to the 2023 gift celebration and try to claim my gifts it closes out my game on all devices I try to claim on and it happens about as soon as I click claim gifts it loads for about 10 seconds or so and then shuts down
