Minecart move across the block

When a minecart is pushed up by a block, it goes directly inside the block above it

Steps to reproduce:
1. Place a sticky piston and block
2. Place a minecart
3. Place another block above the minecart
4. Power the piston

Observed Results:
Minecart goes directly inside the block above it

Expected Results:
Minecart should be blocked by the block above and stay in the same place
