Incorrect minecart movement

Minecarts are anomalously affected by moving blocks

This problem exists in 1.19.51 and 1.19.60 preview

I upload two videos in the attechment

Steps to reproduce:
1. Stack some blocks
2. Place a piston at each end
3. Place a minecart in the middle, while part of it gets inside the block
4. Power the piston

Observed Results:
Minecart goes up and down

Expected Results:
Minecart should be blocked by the blocks above and below it, it shouldnot change place no matter how the piston is pushing.
