/fill saying Cannot Place Blocks Outside of the World

As said in the title, I can't fill blocks from far away

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start the /fill command on chat
2. Type the begin coordinates 64 99 64
3. Type the end coordinates 68 99 356
4. It fails to execute command

Observed results:

It says "Cannot Place block outside of the world."

Expected results:

I should be able to fill in blocks outside of simulation distance
