Saving issue

Everytime i play for more than one hour ish, i cant save, i get stuck i the savescreen. I tried waiting in the savescreen for 3 hour's ones. I also tried pressing L1 & R1 in the loading screen when entering the save ( and L2 & R2) that did not help.
