Command /tp @e[type=armor_stand] ~~2~ ~8 not working properly

/tp @e[type=armor_stand] ~₂ ~8 not working properly
Armor stand are not spin
and when i use
/execute as @e[type=vindicator,c=1] at @s run /tp @e[type=armor_stand] ~₅ ~8
instead, it made the armor stand look the same way as Vindicator
