Is impossible to unlink the Microsoft account from PS4

I tried to unlink the MS account in my PS4 by opening the Minecraft in my PS4, then, opening "Settings", and directly going to "Account" and pressing the big, big "Unlink your Microsoft Account" I checked all the checkmarks and the legend comes:

"Try checking your internet connection."

Allthougth my internet connection is good, I can't unlink the account. Could there please, be a new, better way to unlink accounts by the Minecraft Account Menu in the minecraft.net page?
