can't acces to Minecraft Store Item 4

Hi

 

I bought Minecraft Store Item 4 on tuesday 11. We played a little and today when my son want to play the add is blocked by a lock. A message says that we didnt bought the add and we have to buy it. Also all my items in the shop is vanished. We didnt have the items from the advent calandar. i tried to uptdate and repair the game but nothing. Im connected my login is up there my character.

I reboot my pc, didnt work

We have this version Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC V1.19.51
