Cannot access 'My characters' and wardrobe is unreliable in general

Attached video is at 2.5x speed to make sure it was small enough of a file.

Basically, I can change outfits through achievements, but when i try to open 'My characters' the game crashes. Often, even when i change character, it either switches to Steve or stays as the character I was originally in. Earlier, I made a post and it was tagged as a duplicate, but when i looked at the original's video, it was not the same problem. Please fix this as it makes it very hard to swap characters and I cant swap characters in game - only through achievements as shown in the video.
