probleme de connexion multiplateforme

Hello,

For a few days I have not been able to join my friend's part when I try to reach the world it shows me "out of connected" and "impossible to reach this world"

I don't understand yet we have the same version of the game.

I've already tried to reinstall the game and restart and it still doesn't work

Yesterday I managed to connect but it bug there was latency and so it disconnected me from the world

Could you solve this problem?
