New Touch Controls Gui Lock

Basically When You tap The destroy button or place button It Will Sometimes Lock Thinking someone is holding it Down this is Very Annoying when trying to build in creative Please Fix this (P.s it's pretty much like the laptop keys walking Bug for education edition)
