New music volume issuse

The new music that has been added to the game is so much louder than the original music. This has been an issue for years now. It's really annoying. I just want to be able to listen to the background music without my ear drums being assaulted whenever the newer music plays.

Tldr: old background music is too quiet compared to newer bg music.
(not referring to the discs. It's the bg music.)
(also is an issue with the game itself. Not my tv.)
