I can't do the achievements

Well, recently I created a new minecraft account, but I was never able to do the achievements, even though in a survival world and without cheat, I realized that this is happening with my other account too, I entered a realm but I can't do the achievements either , before whenever I made an achievement, the notification appeared that I had completed one of the achievements, I would like you to help me to know what is happening.
