My all items lost…

In 2023-01-04, when I play my world downloaded from my realms, all items in my inventory was deleted despite saving the world and progress, in my Ender chest too. The armors-Helmet, Elytra, Leggings, Boots,,, were deleted too.

Also, Is this the kind of bugs…?

Please tell me the cause of this bug and some solutions.
