They do not load resource packs "Textures" On my galaxy s21+ 5G

It does not load the textures, I have tried to download a .mcpack texture and when touching it it only enters the game and nothing else, it does nothing, however I tried on other mobiles such as the galaxy s9 and it loads correctly with the same file.

Please fix the bug for my Galaxy s21+ 5G as soon as possible, thanks

I think the problem is because of the Android version, which is 13. My phone has Android 13
