Villagers unable to pathfind through doors with path blocks in front of them

When coming back to my village on my realm after not playing since the most recent patch, my villagers were unable to pathfind to their beds inside of their houses. Instead of entering through their doors, they would attempt to enter through the windows (a stair on ground level with a trapdoor as the actual window). Each door had a path in front of it, and after removing these paths, the villagers could successfully pathfind.
