I've got all needed parental consent for me to play Minecraft online and realms but it doesn't work

I cannot play online on Minecraft even though I have all the correct settings like multiplayer and clubs enabled not blocked, very frustrating and I've tried resetting the game, my Xbox and even the internet but none of it works
