Cannot select "AHH!" Mouth

As you can see in the picture provided (besides the duplicate standard mouth [which are identical but considered different items] and the redundnat steve and wide mouth [which are nearly identical]) you cannot select the AHH! Mouth and only an error message will apear up on top.
