Can't change avatar

I'm unable to change my avatar. I can't click on the change avatar button

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on the "Dressing room" button
2. Click on create avatar.
3. Click on the green button called "classic skins"
4. Click on "Owned skins"
5. Click on "Choose new skin"
6. Click on the green button called "Classic skin"
7. Click on "Choose new skin " button thats in the left corner.
8. Click on the photo of the avatar you want .

Expected result:
Now you should've had your skin changed.

Observation result:
Nothing happend. I am unable to click on the create avatar button.
