Animated clothing does not work correctly on servers

The skin I created from the dressing room doesn't work on every server because the clothes are animated. I would have done it so that you can choose the clothes from whether they should be animated or not (it's best to be able to choose from which part the animation stops to animate) below is a sample of clothing that is animated and not allowed.
