Buttons not showing up on title screen

every time i open the game, it only shows the menu panorama and no buttons/UI or music.

i tried opening the game through radeon software but it crashes every time i do so. i've also changed the radeon settings, updated my drivers and reinstalled the game multiple times but nothing seems to work. any help would be appreciated :]
