glitch whenever enters nether portal block in End dimension

whenever you entered nether portal from End dimension, you'll be teleported to Overworld but you will encounter glitch that chucks stopping load, mob keep deem the player location keep at one position no mater where you are.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. setblock a portal block at any position in End
2. enter the portal

Observed Results:

player spawned at extremely high position, player's actual location never change unless use teleport command. further chunks won't be loaded

Expected Results:
player spawn at The Nether
