PSN won't connect to MS Account

Howdy, so I'm playing Minecraft: Bedrock Edition for PS4 on a PS5. After attempting to login twice on the system I have gotten the same error message.

 

"Oops! Looks like the Microsoft Account you are trying to use is already connected to another account on 'PlayStation Network'"

 

Fun fact, I've never connected my Microsoft account to any PSN account ever. I want to be able to play with my friends, but I am not willing to make another Microsoft account just for that. If someone could please help me out here that would be great. My PSN and Microsoft tags are SAOarmyVID if that matters.
