Unable to continue playing on new PS5

I think this is the version. I can't log in to the game to see.  CE-108255-1 is the error message. I have tried everything that support has told me so far. I can play it JUST fine if I boot up my very old PS4. So I downloaded it again to the external hard drive. This is how I had been able to play on the Rent To Own PS5 console. However, I received a new console for Christmas. Since then, I have not been able to play at all. Even after reloading it from the PS4 to the external. I have restored license, I have rebuilt the database. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game multiple times. I have even tried the L1L2 button code that I was given. NOTHING has worked so far.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do next? I cannot even get past the Mojang log in sign before it crashes. Not even 10 seconds pass.
