Description:

Slabs, stairs and pistons have zfighting problems when they are waterlogged

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a block
2. Break they block in the ground to control the water
3. Put water in the block 
4. Watch in the sides of the block 

Expected results:
See the side of the block without water

Observed results:
The block and the water have z fighting
