The block keeps showing on the layer below. Y=-64 to -49

When i updated in minecraft version 1.18, it started bugs in layer y=-64 to -49. I saved it, later I opened the world, it still has bugs up to 1.19.51.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Donwload here. Alpha Bugs.mcworld
2. Find the name "Alpha Bugs" and open the world where you downloaded it.
3. Place any blocks on layer y=-64 to -49.
4. Break all blocks in layer y-64 to -49.
5. Save the world.
6. Open the world.
7. You look at the blocks where you placed any blocks.

 

Observed Results:

• It doesn't work to save what you place any blocks on the layer y=-64 to -49.

 

Expected Results:

• The update still doesn't fix bugs in version: 1.18 up to 1.19.51.
