Graphical glitch with skybox or vignette

Whenever the user joins a world, teleports or respawns.
It will fix itself after they move the camera.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Join world and wait for it to load/Get teleported.

Whats supposed to happen:

   Normal looking vignette/skybox?.

Whats not supposed to happen:

   Abnormal looking vignette/skybox?.
